Membership Options

 

The WWMS welcomes all people and businesses to join the organization.  The primary membership of the Society is Radiologic Technologists who have made the decision to focus work life on mammography and breast imaging for breast cancer detection.

 

           

 

Radiologic Technologist

 

The annual fee for membership is $35 for Registered Radiologic Technologists and $25 for non-Registered Radiologic Technologists or students. 

 

 

 

We also welcome volunteers, sponsors and those people who support effective breast health and breast cancer care.  Members in this group do not vote on organization matters but help to provide support.

 

 

 

 

 

       

 

 

Corporate

 

We welcome Corporate Membership, including hospitals, medical clinics and vendors providing medical equipment and services to breast health services.  The annual fee is $500 allows the Corporate Member to post job listings to the WWMS site and to be listed as a sponsor of the Society.  Corporate Members receive first notification of the Annual Conference for additional Sponsorship options.

Membership Rules & Regulations
  • No member who is in arrears for dues shall be allowed to vote or hold office.
  • The treasurer will remove the name of the person from the membership list who is in arrears for more than 90 days
  • Any member dropped from the list for nonpayment of dues may be reinstated by filling out an application form and submitting dues
  • There will not be a reinstatement fee exceeding the amount of annual dues
  • Non-payment of dues by the deadline will be taken as a resignation from membership in the society, and that person will no longer be eligible for benefits of membership until re-application is made, and dues are paid

 

 

  • The application fee and annual dues for voting, non-voting, and student members shall be of such amount as established by the majority vote of the members of the society.
  • Annual dues become payable in January of each year, regardless of when the member joined the society
  • Dues must be paid by the May meeting date to qualify member for reduced seminar admission
